Payment and Refund Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total session cost will be required by the day before your session, and the remainder of the payment is to be paid upon completion of each session. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal.

You can cancel your session up to 24 hours prior and the deposit will be refunded.

Starting & Ending Time

Start and end times will be agreed upon before the session and the rate will be applied from the agreed upon start time. A setup fee of $50 will be applied to your session unless unless otherwise stated, and this covers as much setup as is possible before you arrive at the studio. This includes instrument setup, mic placement, Pro Tools session routing and any video setup you may need. This will ensure that you can get started with as little windup time as possible.

Piano Tuning

Piano Tuning cost is a flat fee of $150. We will schedule our piano tuner to tune the instrument prior to your session and is usually done the day of the session. (I included these for insurance reasons) No Smoking allowed in the Studio spaces. Drinks are allowed in the rooms only if they have a lid.
